Completing this application below affirms you have read our constitution and statement of faith and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of In Christ Service Ministries.  Failure to comply to ANY of the terms and conditions will automatically result in the revocation of your credentials.  Once approved, the ordination is permanent as long as the minister maintains good standings with our fellowship and complies with our constitution and statement of faith.  Attach a statement as to why you feel you are called to be a minister.  Copy and paste the application on paper and mail it with required fees.  Application over website will not be accepted.
